Offspring: Travelling Art Exhibition at the LMC

"Offspring" – a touring exhibition of selected work from three generations of the Lindoe Lineage – was celebrated at a reception held at the Lacombe Memorial Centre from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. on March 15, 2012.

“Everyone who came out seemed to really enjoy the evening and the artwork,” said City of Lacombe Recreation & Culture Manager Sandi Stewart.Sandi would like to remind everyone that the Travelling Exhibition will be at the Lacombe Memorial Centre (5214 -50 Avenue) until March 28, 2012.

Offspring is a touring exhibition developed by the Alberta Society for the Alberta Foundation for the Arts Travelling Exhibition program. The Lacombe Art Collection Selection Panel, who is the committee that books the exhibits would like to let everyone know that the next Travelling Exhibit will be coming to the LMC in July, so please “stay tuned” for more details in the coming months.
